*All returned packages must be received within 7 days of the original purchase.
*Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
*All refunds will be issued in the form of a MisFits store credit.
*Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
*Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*Exchanges can be made for any item in the store.
You cannot exchange an item if:
*It has been more than 7 days since the original purchase.
*If your purchase was a clearance or markdown item.
*If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, smoke-free, and unworn condition.
*If the original tags are not attached.
*If you have already exchange a previous item through the same store credit.
*Final markdown or sale items, such as the SALE collection or a Doorbuster item, can not be returned.
*Jewelry or accessories are non refundable.
